Mr. Block is a Partner at Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, where he is co-chair of the Firm's Trusts and Estates Department.

Mr. Block advises clients on all aspects of estate planning and administration, including preparation of wills and trusts, tax and insurance planning, and gift tax planning utilizing Limited Liability Companies and Family Limited Partnerships. He also provides counsel on probate matters, estate administration and tax planning relating thereto, and Surrogate's Court proceedings.

Mr. Block, a Certified Public Accountant, has extensive experience advising business clients on the organization, sale and liquidation of business entities, including the preparation of Shareholder, Family Limited Partnership and Limited Liability Company Operating Agreements.

Mr. Block is a member of the Trusts and Estates Law Section of the New York State Bar Association, where he currently serves on both the Estate Planning Committee and the Committee on Charitable Organizations. In addition, he is a member of the Estate Planning Counsel of Nassau County, Inc.
