Adam P. Silvers is a partner at Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, where he is a member of the firm's Corporate & Securities Department and Intellectual Property Group, as well as chair of the Technology Group.
Mr. Silvers is a skilled securities lawyer, experienced in a variety of corporate and commercial transactions involving both public and private entities. He regularly advises corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships on a wide variety of corporate and commercial matters. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Silvers acted as in-house counsel to a high technology corporation. He has prepared and negotiated stock purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements, web-site development agreements, software licensing agreements, limited liability company operating agreements and partnership agreements. Mr. Silvers has lectured before the Suffolk County Bar Association.
Mr. Silvers is a member of the Corporate Law and Computer Law Committees of the Nassau County Bar Association. |
