The Summer Associate Program is an integral part of the firm’s recruiting effort and the foundation for hiring new associates. It offers the opportunity to work on projects in a range of practice groups in order to maximize exposure to the various types of law. The goals of our Summer Associate Program are to give valuable insight into the firm’s practice groups, work ethic and quality of life. Our expectations are high, but we will provide the resources needed to succeed, including a junior associate/”buddy” assignment, many mentoring and training programs, and an opportunity to “shadow” a different partner each week. We believe that after spending a summer with us, participants will truly know what is to be expected of a practicing attorney at Ruskin Moscou Faltischek.
The size of our summer class (typically 3 participants), and the various firm-sponsored social events, provide for an opportunity to build and solidify relationships with colleagues and many attorneys within the firm. The summer program is designed to bring in talented, hardworking law students from top law schools. Our summer associates have strong academic records, are heavily involved in community activities and have the experience and maturity needed to thrive in our professional, intelligent and friendly environment.
